A Weekend of Heart Openers with Julia Frodahl

Every few months, Julia offers weekend immersions that allow for deeper explorations into yoga postures, meditation, and related spiritual practices. If you live outside Idyllwild, you might come up and make a beautiful mountain retreat out of these weekends.
