Morphic Yoga w/ Trine

$20To Morph: to change smoothly from one form to another by small gradual steps.
This is not a traditional yoga class, this is a gentle deep dive into your senses and aliveness as a multi dimensional human being.
In my class I use basic yoga postures as a vehicle to help you build deep inner awareness, learn from your body’s innate wisdom and become proficient in processing and releasing mental and emotional stress.
Students tell me that after my class they feel profoundly relaxed, deeply connected to their soul and mentally at peace.
I have been teaching in Idyllwild for nearly 20 years. I love the spiritual power of this mountain and am devoted to serving it by sharing it with others.
